We are happy to announce that we have gone paperless. One of the benefits of the new software is all our patients get the opportunity to have access to records and invoices online. You can also fill out some of the paperwork online BEFORE your appointment!
Please click the link below to access the patient portal. Our office should have provided you with the information you need. Once you click below, you will be directed to a website and in the top hand corner is patients. Click patient and you will be redirected to a page in which you will click Find Your Portal. Click there and put in your username and password. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions. You can now also download the new athenaPatient app for quick access.
